Anabaptism

Anabaptist – a member of any of various 16th-century Protestant movements that rejected infant baptism, insisted that adults be rebaptized, and sought to establish Christian communism. Anabaptism is another form of Christianity, the form that most of the Christianity followers consider as heresy. In fact Anabaptism is not a direct deviant of Christianity but a branch of Protestantism which is the branch of Christianity. And if so one may say that Anabaptism is a branch of Christianity but it will be wrong in some way. Anabaptism is peculiar by its teaching, as those who professed Anabaptism recognized only the New Testament of the Bible. Anabaptists modified most of Christianity ceremonies according to their beliefs and some of the ceremonies were rejected and proclaimed as wrong.
The name of this religion appeared as the result of that fact that Anabaptists changed the ceremony of christening and baptism, so literally anabaptism is translated as 'rechristened'. Anabaptists believed that it's wrong to baptise someone counter or without his will, and babies don't know what kind pf religions exist in the world so they may not be christened as it's not the choice of baby but the choice of its parents. So, one should be christened and baptised only after he become enough grown up to realise the sense of religion and will chose Anabaptism as his religion himself. Those Anabaptists who were christened as child after joining to Anabaptism religion were must to undergo the ceremony of rebaptism.
Christianity teaches that human have to serve for God, and that the egoistic feelings and desires take the second place after interests of God and church, it also teaches for self-sacrifice in sake of God and those one cares about just like Christ had scarified himself to save the humans. Unlike the Christianity Anabaptism teaches that pleasing of one's needs and interests is the best form of serving for God, as God wants people to be happy. No matter the fact that Anabaptism is a branch of Protestantism it was considered as heresy by both Catholics and Protestants. There were even cases of execution of Anabaptists in countries where Protestantism were the main religion of the nation. Some of the Anabaptists managed to escape execution through renunciation of Anabaptism, and as a result the law was created that proclaimed that every Anabaptist who will not perform renunciation of his belief will be burned, but every Anabaptist who will perform the renunciation will be beheaded.
